Situation:

Small professional military education institution investigating ways to digitally transform (including AI) operations and students education. Goal is that all are familiar and comfortable with using the digital tools we have (mostly microsoft) and AI to enhance their decision making and critical thinking. We have an experimental strategy, are in the process of developing kpis, and slowly getting staff and faculty to investigate the capabilites of the tools we have. Since we are small, most are still working hard with the processes and procedures they are familiar with and do not feel that they have the time to experiment with AI.
