Situation:

Primary challenge is that we dont have sufficient operating model, we are losing 3 millions each month, is it possible that we achieve a positive net, while we are facing issues like not having customers, not having clients, foot fall is bad. We are located in prime location, its one of the best location in the city, we have merch but its not marketble, no body is buying shit.
