Tried to improve through various lean methods. but the resources are not enough THere is constant pressure of production. the production volumes are high and there are no resources or capable workers available on time. The value for labour is minimal. People are find hard to work here. THe management is not very attentive to the needs of the workers. They are busy doing there profit calculations.
