DESCRIPTION
This document is a Diversity Business Case Assessment and Sample Outcomes for Recruiting, Hiring and Retention. It has three primary sections:
1. Focus Group questions for assessing attitudes and initiatives associated with recruiting, hiring and retention.
2. Focus Group instruments for collecting input/feedback.
3. Sample Focus Group compiled outcomes.
The Focus Group questions and recommended approach are designed so that information is collected and processed anonymously to ensure honesty and transparency while protecting participants from negative reactions of others including negative evaluation, judgment or retaliation. The questions and approach also facilitate the gathering of the most information in the shortest amount of time. The questions are structured to gather information regarding attitudes, diversity initiatives and results achieved.
