BENEFITS OF DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION
This spreadsheet is designed to calculate the company's turnover rate through the Turnover Report and Dashboard. It is divided into four sections: "Settings," "Employee Database," "Turnover Report," and "Dashboard."
1. Settings
Begin by keeping the lists for "Departments," "Job Titles," "Termination Reasons," "Education Level," and "Ethnicity" filled out.
2. Employee Database
In this section, you will register all admitted employees by entering their details, such as Employee ID, Name, Gender, Job Title, Department, Education Level, Ethnicity, Date of Admission, and Date of Termination.
When an employee is terminated, fill in the "Date of Termination" in the same row as their name (no need to add a new row).
Important: Only fill in the blank cells. Gray cells contain formulas.
3. Turnover Report
In this report, you can view the turnover percentage by month by selecting a year in the filter. You can also choose a department and job title to refine the view.
4. Dashboard
Select a year to view metrics such as Admissions, Terminations, Active Employees, and the Monthly Turnover Rate.
