Despite a commitment to innovation, the adoption of digital health technologies like telemedicine, electronic health records (EHRs), and AI-driven diagnostic tools has been inconsistent across the network, possibly due to varying levels of technological readiness among staff and patients' apprehension about digital healthcare.
