DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION
Understanding the value of what team members bring to the workplace is important in effectively benefiting from their strengths and identifying opportunities for further development. Engaging and motivating team members provide opportunities for skill development when they are entrusted to develop and implement projects/initiatives they recommend.
