• Align business consulting marketing activities with business plan priorities and strategic objectives
• Build networks to execute business consulting marketing activities globally, incorporating best practices
• Integrate/Leverage marketing activities for higher return on investment
• Increase internal understanding and support of ABC's business consulting capabilities
Externally
• Increase marketplace awareness of ABC's business consulting capabilities
• Champion the customer's "voice." (e.g.: use customer-friendly language, issues, etc.)
• Benefit from objective reporting and analysis of ABC's business consulting practice
• Generate integrated marketing/thought leadership programs to educate/inform external audiences
