This Survey Evaluation Tool provides sponsors and project managers an opportunity to evaluate and improve implementation of surveys. It is very simple to use and provides fast analysis of how survey questions are performing. The chart includes upper and lower control limits that will help you quickly determine if there are any questions that need to be examined.

The additional (bonus) document included. It compares typical survey goals organizations target to achieve as opposed to best practices. It highlights key areas of improvement so the organization develops the right questions for survey. There is always a debate as to how many people we need to survey. The last tab in this document includes survey responses needed for 95% confidence with ±5% margin of error.
