Completing this sheet ensures that you complete critical project definition steps, such as defining the scope of the project, identifying critical resources, etc. The approval of the sheet by your Champion and Functional Manager helps ensure proper project support.
These documents include the project charter elements and all you need to complete a SIPOC (Supplier-Inputs-Process-Outputs-Customer).
Worksheets such as Quality Statistics captures Current Status (DPU/DPMO/Zst) and Future goals, which are highly customizable.
The Define Phase Checklist provides a list of items that must be completed before moving on to the next phase of the project. This is customizable and you can edit any content of the document to your specific project requirements.
