This simple, yet powerful template will allow users? Project managers, Program managers, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to create a detailed Public Sector Lean deployment roadmap that can be used to present the status of each deliverable or component of the phased program to the executive or leadership team within the organization. The roadmap is divided into five phases (can be modified) – Commitment and Communication, Organizational Framework Design, Measurement and Benchmarking, Implementation, and Continuous Improvement. Ask for the Visio template for free after downloading this document. The tiles in Visio document can be edited, dragged, deleted and the deliverables and activities can be replaced with activities you want to include. The colour legend provides an easy way to clearly distinguish between activities that are delayed, completed, a cross-functional, ongoing, critical decision points. The program timelines are shown at the bottom of the roadmap indicating phase completion time. The file can be printed on large-sized paper (for example, A3 or 11" x 17") for better viewing. This tool has been successfully tested and used at executive and management levels in both private and public sector organizations. The entire contents can be modified to suit the needs of the current program in the organization.
