The purpose of this procedure is to explain how to conduct public training; procedures are developed to ensure that the training activity runs efficiently and has the greatest possible impact on increasing employee competencies.
Training is a short-term reactive process meant for operatives and process while development is designed continuous pro-active process meant for executives. In training employees' aim is to develop additional skills and in development, it is to develop a total personality.
In training, the initiative is taken by the management with the objective of meeting the present need o fan employee. In development, initiative is taken by the individual with the objective to meet the future need of an employee.
Training and development refers to educational activities within a company created to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees while providing information and instruction on how to better perform specific tasks.
The benefits of training and development are :
1. Employee training and development increases job satisfaction and morale among employees.
2. Reduces employee turnover.
3. Increases employee motivation.
4. Increases efficiencies in processes, resulting in financial gain.
5. Increases capacity to adopt new technologies and methods.
6. Increases innovation in strategies and products.
The types of training programs are :
1. Technical training is a type of training meant to teach the new employee the technological aspects of the job.
2. Quality training refers to familiarizing employees with the means of preventing, detecting, and eliminating non-quality items, usually in an organisation that produces a product.
3. Skills training, the third type of training, includes proficiency needed to actually perform the job.
4. The fourth type of training is called soft skills training. Soft skills refer to personality traits, social graces, communication, and personal habits that are used to characterize relationships with other people.
5. Professional training is a type of training required to be up to date in one's own professional field.

His last work experience as Deputy President Director at Hutahaean Group in charge of 14 business units engaged in various industries including CPO Production, Oil Palm Plantation, Cassava Plantation, Tapioca flour production, 4 and 5 star hotels, waterparks, golf courses and housing with a total of employees more than 3,000 employees.
His biggest achievement was in 2021 when He served as Deputy President Director at Hutahaean Group Indonesia by increasing the company's revenue from IDR 700 billion to IDR 1.1 trillion (y/y) and increasing the profit margin by more than 20%. Doing a turn around on business units that have lost in the last 5 years become profits. In addition, He have also succeeded in creating an efficient and effective management system by redesigning the Business Process Management (BPM), reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions and compiling the appropriate Key Performance Indicator Management (KPIM) to increase employee productivity.
He is currently active as a part-time business and management consultant (online) at Enquire Corp. and Flevy Corp. In addition, He also teach part-time at several universities for courses in strategic management, human resource management, project management, entrepreneurship and business.
