We followed this management consulting approach for this case study.

With properties across multiple continents, the company is inundated with customer reviews and inquiries in various languages and dialects. The organization is seeking to leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) to gain actionable insights from customer feedback, improve response efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Methodology

  3. NLP Model Development: Design and train custom NLP models to handle the specific linguistic nuances of the organization’s customer base.
