This is a collection of all the real estate financial model templates I've built over my career. They are based on actual work done for actual clients over a long period of time. Many of them include joint venture distribution waterfalls to account for syndication deals.

Real estate deal analyzer spreadsheets are an essential tool for real estate investors and professionals to analyze and evaluate potential deals. •  Clarity: The spreadsheet should present information in a clear and organized manner. It should include detailed information on calculations, assumptions, and inputs. The spreadsheet should also be visually appealing, with clear graphs and charts that make it easy to understand the data.

•  Accuracy: An accurate spreadsheet is essential for investors to make informed investment decisions. Therefore, it should be free of errors and contain formulas that accurately calculate variables such as cash flow, ROI, and cap rate.

•  Scalability: The spreadsheet should be scalable to handle larger and more complex deals. It should be able to handle multiple properties and take into account variables such as financing options and taxes.

These models cover a wide ranged of industries, including mobile home parks, self-storage, apartment buildings, multi-family properties, mixed-use properties, residential single-family properties, assisted living facilities, hotels, short-term rental, AirBnB arbitrage, and general value-add financial analysis templates.
