The career levels which can be pursued within the company are as follows:

A career management system is a structure that guides and helps an individual to consciously and effectively plan for one's engagements and activities they pursue in the course of their life for satisfaction, overall growth, and to attain financial stability. Your choice of career is an integral part of life. It is like a natural expression of yourself describing your purpose of life and what makes you happy. The career management system plays a critical role in an organization. It promotes better and open communication in an organization, with notification being regarded as the root of any organization. Therefore, improving an organization's communication aids in solving several significant issues.
It helps individuals develop smart career decisions by having the opportunity to evaluate and discover personal competencies, skills, and future aspirations. It also provides the right direction for people to help them concentrate on achieving their career goals. Furthermore, it encourages managers in an organization to employ the appropriate skills and knowledge to achieve optimum outcomes.
Career management system promotes open and better communication within the organization. This fosters open communication at all levels inside the organization, for instance, the top management and managers, the employees and managers. It is vital to note that open communication is considered as the root of any organization and this superbly aids in solving numerous big issues.
Encourage better use of employee skills. Career Management aids the organization by means of enabling managers to be aware of their skills and competencies so that they can apply them at a position or occupation where they'll be able to generate optimum results.
Help come up with smart career decisions. Career Management programs offer employees and the managers with beneficial assistance with regards to career decisions. Further, they obtain an opportunity to evaluate their skills and competencies and discover their objectives as well as their future aspirations.
Organizations feel the necessity for effective career management in order to develop the skills and expand the experience the business needs at present and in the future. In short, firms need growing future specialists and leaders. His last work experience as Deputy President Director at Hutahaean Group in charge of 14 business units engaged in various industries including CPO Production, Oil Palm Plantation, Cassava Plantation, Tapioca flour production, 4 and 5 star hotels, waterparks, golf courses and housing with a total of employees more than 3,000 employees.
His biggest achievement was in 2021 when He served as Deputy President Director at Hutahaean Group Indonesia by increasing the company's revenue from IDR 700 billion to IDR 1.1 trillion (y/y) and increasing the profit margin by more than 20%. Doing a turn around on business units that have lost in the last 5 years become profits. In addition, He have also succeeded in creating an efficient and effective management system by redesigning the Business Process Management (BPM), reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions and compiling the appropriate Key Performance Indicator Management (KPIM) to increase employee productivity.
He is currently active as a part-time business and management consultant (online) at Enquire Corp. and Flevy Corp. In addition, He also teach part-time at several universities for courses in strategic management, human resource management, project management, entrepreneurship and business.
