DESCRIPTION
This is module 4 of a 10-module online training program on the Accelerated Corporate Transformation (ACT) methodology, developed by Dr. Robert H. Miles. It includes the training presentation, video lecture, and course workbook for this module.
Dr. Miles is the world's foremost expert on Corporate Transformation. He has led the implementation ACT in some of the most iconic Corporate Transformations, including Apple, General Electric, IBM Global Services, Symantec, National Semiconductor, Office Depot, PricewaterhouseCoopers, PGA Tour, Rockwell International, Infineon Technologies, Southern Company, and Black & Veatch, as well as a series of smaller public utilities, healthcare institutions, and high-tech startups.

Additionally, module 4 highlights the critical role of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Extended Leadership Team (ELT) in the transformation process.
