This is module 7 of a 10-module online training program on the Accelerated Corporate Transformation (ACT) methodology, developed by Dr. Robert H. Miles. It includes the training presentation, video lecture, and course workbook for this module.

Dr. Miles is the world's foremost expert on Corporate Transformation.
