DESCRIPTION
Managing Principals and/or Operations Managers may use these tools to compile and track performance results:
1. Individual team members track their daily activities and total them for the week in preparation for sharing during staff meetings or to submit weekly to the Operations Manager or Managing Principal.
2. The Operations Manager collects the individual tracking logs and compiles them into a comprehensive log. Results are utilized to coach as needed, address non-performance as applicable, manage resources during periods of high volumes, and to acknowledge and recognize high performance.
