BENEFITS OF DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION
Managing Principals and/or Operations Managers may use this tool to ensure consistent communication, reporting and accountability among team members.
Depending upon the size of the firm and the volume of business conducted, the tool may be used daily or weekly. From a productivity perspective, it is very difficult for team members to attend regular meetings and not report any progress. Furthermore, peer pressure is very effective when non- or under-performing team members witness first-hand how hard high performing team members are working and the volume of work being produced while in contrast their numbers are not close to being comparable. Repeated reports where low productivity is evident will prompt the Operations Manager or Managing Principal to address the non-performance accordingly.
