DESCRIPTION
This Performance Assessment is completed prior to the end of a probationary period, periodically as needed when there is consistent non-performance and annually to communicate progress and future performance and development needs.
The measures are tangible and position-specific. These include assessments regarding performance goals, expectations and competencies, and soft skills. Sample future goals are also provided for the position. Self-ratings and reviewer ratings are both documented ensuring dialogue that provides meaningful feedback and emphasizes future development for improved performance and continued growth and development.
