In 2010, Dawn filled a gap in the business excellence literature by authoring a publication that integrates global excellence models and provides implementation guidelines for the user. The Organizational Excellence Framework publication is downloadable at no charge on the home page of the Organizational Excellence Specialists website. To assist with implementation, the publication is accompanied by a turnkey toolkit that includes: Scenario Game, Workshop Series, Automated Assessment and Reporting Tool, Global OE index and Train-the-Trainer program.

Dawn has worked domestically and globally: publishing papers with Emerald and Springer, speaking at international conferences, training professionals in over 25 countries, serving in leadership roles with international entities (Global Benchmarking Network, QMD Council and Organizational Excellence Technical Committee at ASQ, ISCM Foundation).

In addition to transferring knowledge to others and serving client organizations, the resources that Dawn has developed have been downloaded by professionals in over 75 countries and selected for use in national entrepreneurship training programs and nation building projects.
