Its rare to see the 8-steps of leading change accompanied with a list of deliverables associated with each step. In this presentation I illustrate the 3 phases of leading change, each step within the phases along with deliverables related to each step. Additionally, I highlight key strategies and success criteria for each step. You will never look at Leading Change the same again. The list of deliverables was the result of many change project lessons learned. Not all deliverables will be used, its really depends on the change effort you are involved in.
