Organizational Excellence Framework Workshops (PowerPoint PPT)

The Organizational Excellence Framework (OEF) workshop set introduces workshop participants to organizational excellence. The OEF publication (copyright 2010 Dawn Ringrose) is foundational to the workshop. It integrates excellence models and provides implementation guidelines for the practitioner. The accompanying workshop set is customized for either a micro size or a small-medium-large size organization and can be delivered by an internal or external consultant to any type of organization. Both the publication and the workshop are designed to make the implementation of an excellence model simple and straightforward.

The workshop provides background on global excellence models and research, an overview of the Organizational Excellence Framework (OEF) publication, and an opportunity to self-assess the organization against the OEF and prepare an improvement plan to address gaps.
