  1. Designed to guide an organization or individual to identify their existing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
  2. Prompts thinking on how to build on this analysis and develop and grow stronger.
  3. Is incredibly easy to use but leads to powerful insights for individuals and organisations.

SWOT Analysis is an incredibly simple and extremely useful framework for analyzing an organization's or an individual's: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. While that is a good start, it's what you can do with this information that has the greatest value. This includes consideration of:

- How the organization (or individual) can build on its Strengths?
- How the organization (or individual) can remove or reduce its weaknesses?
- How the organization (or individual) can seize its Opportunities?
- How the organization (or individual) can eliminate or reduce the impact of its Threats?

This template guides you through the process of creating a SWOT Analysis then draws through the information and prompts thinking by asking these key questions to help the organization (or individual) strengthen and grow. It helps the organization (or individual) to build on what it does well, address what it is lacking, consider how to minimize and control risks, and to take the optimum advantage by taking opportunities for success.

The SWOT Analysis+ can be used in a number of different ways. For instance:

- An individual can conduct the analysis themselves to understand their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Strengths and what to do about them.
- As a facilitated discussion, using group dynamics either: face-to-face or using video technology and completed ?live.'
- Together with partners and/or customers to understand the ?whole picture' including how to protect and improve the collective strength of your organization and its key partners and customers.
