Organisations invest heavily in communicating change messages, emails, presentations, videos, newsletters and announcements. But information does not automatically create understanding, commitment or changed behaviour. Change Happens Through Conversations, Not Communications explores the difference between communicating to people and engaging with them. It examines how conversations help people make sense of change, challenge assumptions, surface concerns and translate organisational messages into personal meaning. The InfoDeck challenges Change Managers to think beyond communication plans and consider the quality of the conversations that surround change.
