DESCRIPTION
Organizational Culture encompasses values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of a business. It influences the way people interact, the context within which knowledge is created, the resistance they will have towards certain changes, and ultimately the way they share (or the way they do not share) knowledge.
This slide deck is not intended to provide you with the definitive "be all and end all" about Organisational Culture Change. It is a guide that I have created from an amount of research into the subject which will hopefully provide you with some the latest thinking on Organisational Culture Change.
The information should be used for reference purposes only because every organisation, situation and scenario will necessarily be different. Hopefully the slides will contain enough information to enhance your understanding of what is a complex topic but you need to reflect on the information provided and use it to align with your own thinking, research and understanding to make best use of the information provided.
The deck includes a number of different sections such as What is Organisational Culture, some Organisational Culture relevant and related statistics, different views of Organisational Culture dimensions, an introduction to Changing Organisational Culture, a number of different Organisational Culture Change models and some examples of successful Organisational Culture Change.
