Continuous Improvement - describes the key elements of the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle including Plan (Identify/Analyse the problem and what Tools to use), Do (Develop/Implement the Solution and what Tools to use), Check (Evaluate the Results, Achieve Goals and what Tools to use), Act (Implement the Solution and what Tools to use).
