Apart from this there seems to be a wide gap in actual market demand and the sales team forecasts. Moreover, interdepartmental coordination seems to be lacking as all the departments don?t seem to be on the same page. Thus, Medcom has to not only overcome these issues but create a modern and robust supply chain in order to achieve its objectives.
