In the Evaluation tab, enter performance scores (ranging from 1 to 10) in the white cells for the competencies being evaluated.

Results
In the Results tab, select an employee from the list on the left to view their performance profile, with a detailed radar chart displaying their skill ratings. On the right, select a competency to view the performance evaluation scores for each employee, represented in a line chart for comparative analysis.
