DESCRIPTION
This workshop outline provides direction on how to get your organization in synch with your strategic direction and provides the means to assess and uncover cultural elements (e.g., espoused beliefs and basic assumptions) that are working well, not so well and what needs to change.
The objective for this workshop is to synchronize the organization on the recent changes and to provide leadership with a forum where they can present, discuss and seek agreement upon aspects of the change. Everyone in the organization gets to "Voice" their opinion, concerns and offer suggestions.
This workshop provides a structured approach to align your team with the strategic vision. It includes a detailed agenda, ensuring all participants are engaged and on the same page.
