This document provides fail-safe ways to manage the things that get in our way and prevent us from accomplishing our goals and objectives. The solutions help us be more efficient, manage multiple priorities and make progress on more than one project at a time. No more "back-burnering" projects and reporting little to no progress.
The challenges in this volume that get in our way and prevent us from accomplishing our goals and objectives are as follows:

Each of these challenges is defined including the impacts they have on us personally, on coworkers and on operations. Workplace examples and contributing factors are listed. Then numerous solutions are provided to overcome or manage each of these challenges, so we can be more productive, manage our work more effectively and make and report progress on multiple priorities.
