BENEFITS OF DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION
Use these focus group questions to assess where your organization is, where the organization needs to go, how it needs to get there, and to measure any potential obstacles or resistance to successfully achieving enhanced engagement. We strongly recommend a focus group versus a written or electronic survey so individual anonymity is protected, and participants are more likely to be transparent and honest in there responses. This is accomplished by gathering the information anonymously and then compiling all of the responses, so no one person is identifiable. (We do not recommend including any person criticisms or attacks in the compiled responses, but take note of these in the event Human Resources may choose to take action.)
We provide the questions, prompts for the instruments to use for each response, and the associated worksheets or forms. We also recommend preparing all of the instruments in advance and organizing them in an accordion file. Thus, once, responses are collected, they can be returned to the same area in the file for easier and more organized processing.
We've also provided the document in Word format so it is easily customizable to your organization ensuring greater relevancy.
