SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT EXCEL DESCRIPTION
This document provides a comprehensive, data-driven approach to goal setting and performance improvement with your suppliers, all in one Excel workbook. Each metric can be tailored to your specific company needs and goals and it is set up to calculate scores automatically, based on results and target ranges that you enter in the colored cells. The second and third tabs are for detailing out specific performance and improvement targets that are agreed upon with both sides commitments to working towards these achieving these targets. The intention is to use this with only your key strategic suppliers. The process would begin with a meeting at the end of the previous year to review current performance and set targets for the following year. The results would be reviewed on a quarterly basis to see if additional actions or resources are needed to meet the goals by the end of the year.
Note: Printing is only set up to print the performance plan, not the calculations. This form is not intended to be sent electronically to suppliers so that information that is due to be manually input is strictly controlled.
The Supplier Annual Performance Plan template includes detailed sections on cost management, supply chain management, eCommerce compliance, and supplier improvement and development. Each area of responsibility is broken down into specific objectives and results, with quarterly and year-end evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
