The work breakdown structure (WBS) is a key project deliverable that organises the project team's work into manageable sections. It is a graphical, hierarchical decomposition of the entire scope of the project and the principle instrument of communication and control available to the project manager.
This purchase features two documents. The first includes a sample high-level work breakdown structure and the second is a supplementary work package plan, crucial for providing the planning detail for each work package defined.
These documents are part of the p3mg PM Framework.
