1. Pre-Kaizen Planning Checklist
2. Kaizen Charter
3. Post Kaizen Sustainment
Additionally, all planning timeframes are set up to print as single pages, allowing you to communicate each timeframe singularly or all at once.
What This Tool Provides
This multi-tab Excel planning and charting tool is the most comprehensive and detailed Kaizen planning tool available. We firmly believe you cannot find a more comprehensive planning tool anywhere! This tool provides users with a well-designed, yet modifiable tool to meet the user's unique needs. It is formulated in FranklinGood's highly visual user-friendly format.
The Kaizen planning tool contains Kaizen pre-event, chartering, and post-event planning and sustainment sections. The approach to planning and chartering is intuitive and straight-forward. Time sequenced and relative tasks are prepopulated in all of the planning sections. The tool contains the following pre-event planning pages:
• 3-4 Weeks prior
• 2-3 Weeks prior
• 1-2 Weeks prior
• 3-5 Days prior
All sections of the tool have been designed to print as single pages so that you can effectively communicate your plans and charters
The tool also provides a Kaizen Chartering section. Just fill in the fields and then print – it's that easy. It contains appropriate signature requirements, an overview, problem and goal statements, scope description, goals, and team member names. It also includes a list of definitions of each of the sections of the charter.
The Post-Kaizen tool provides the ability to perform a sustainment audit with the ability to address corrective actions and actually calculates percent completion of post-event activities ensuring the long-term success of your Kaizen effort.
