BENEFITS OF DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION
This workshop provides a high-level overview of organizational excellence.
It begins with background on the development of excellence models and key research findings that have validated results for organizations across a balanced system of measurement.
Then it introduces a new reference publication and accompanying turnkey toolkit that builds on the good work in the excellence field to date. The publication captures the definitions of principles and best management practices found in excellence models and shares implementation guidelines for the user, highlights direct relationships and describes the assessment and improvement planning process.
The toolkit has been designed to make the improvement journey for an organization more simple, straightforward, time efficient and cost effective. Tools in the toolkit include scenario games, workshops, automated assessment and reporting tool, global index and train-the-trainer program.
The workshop concludes with a list of benefits available to organizations that use an excellence model and a video clip with the author speaking about developing the publication and toolkit for the benefit of others.
