Then the workshop provides an overview of the publication so the user can understand how it is organized. There is a template used for the information in each of the 9 chapters and appendices that provide a high-level overview of the Organizational Excellence Framework model and its applicability to different size organizations, more detail on the principles that describe a culture committed to excellence and an overview of the assessment and improvement planning process.
The workshop concludes with an invitation for the learner to do a self-assessment of their organization to capture the current state of excellence – What is going well?
