Fifty original strategy frameworks, in one deck, built for decisions that cannot be unwound.
Most framework packs are the same public models restated. This one is not. Every framework here was developed in house at Advanced Analytics and is stated as a firm judgement with a test attached, so you can run it against a live decision rather than admire it on a slide.
Organised in seven parts. Seeing the situation covers the binding constraint, reversibility, signal latency and the load bearing belief a plan rests on. Where value sits covers the value capture gap, the scarcity ladder, margin migration and bottleneck rent. Choosing covers commitment windows, the regret test, portfolio heat and the minimum winning position. Building advantage covers advantage half life, compounding assets, standard setting and the proprietary sequence. Reading competition covers intent mapping, the silent rival, reaction time asymmetry and the crowded middle. Executing covers translation loss, decision rights, the resourcing tell and kill criteria. Holding up over time covers cycle against regime change, the slow variable, assumption expiry and strategy drift.
Every slide title states a finding rather than naming a topic, so reading the titles in sequence gives you the argument in about twenty minutes. Every exhibit is a native editable object. Lift any slide into your own deck and it keeps working.
The Excel Reference Workbook is a working copy rather than an appendix. Fifty tabs, one per framework, each with the argument, what the framework is, how to run it, the test that tells you whether it earned its place, and the slide itself embedded so the workbook stands alone. A Run Sheet tracks which frameworks you applied to a decision, who owned the answer, what it changed and when it gets reviewed.
Published under the Advanced Analytics house standard: original analysis, illustrative figures labelled as illustrative on the face of each slide, and no third party dataset behind any number.
