HELM (Hassan's Exemplary Leadership Model) is a business framework that combines elements of several leadership models, including Goleman, Kouzes and Posner, Quinn, and others. All these management models have merit and a combination of each will assist in maximizing your leadership potential.
In the HELM theory, the first point must be that of psychological retraining in terms of emotional self-mastery, self-discipline, and defeating negative traits in order to attain the maximum in mental clarity. Once this is achieved, a leader can then focus on applying the underlying principles of leadership to make for an exemplary leader.
