Enactive Change Alignment (ECA) is a management process for incremental change and continuous improvement.
ECA presentation follows a staged process as expanded next. Each stage comprises three elements: description/examples, methodology, and consequences of failure to act as prescribed/suggested.
The process is one of elaborative and exploratory. Managers and executives are encouraged to adapt and localize the general principles and guidelines included in the document to their needs, settings and context.
