In order to remain competitive all Organizations need all levels of the organization to be working on improvements and change! All Organizations today are working on creating that culture of continuous improvement. Successful continuous improvement programs have all employees working to introduce small changes every single day. Over time this amounts to a mass change which is often very sustainable as the change was executed by those who were impacted. Creating the ownership around the change and the desire to work a different way. Also as the changes are small it is easy to adjust, quick to implement and usually at a very low cost.
To create the culture the key is to provide the knowledge of continuous improvement (CI) to the employee and the tools in order that they can execute the improvements in a structured and controlled way.
This training is a full comprehensive training package that provides such knowledge. The package contains all training materials required to train employees on the basic concepts of continuous improvement. This package trains beyond a ‘'lean yellow belt'' but is not quite a ‘'lean green belt''. It provides enough knowledge that the employee can execute a daily kaizen improvement. With some employees then able to execute CI projects as they continue to develop through practical application. The training also supports any employees working on kaizen workshops under the supervision of a qualified lean leader.
The package will provide training notes for the trainer and also templates that can be used to support the training. There is a recommendation around certification for the employees who then complete the training. Training schedule is also included. The training material is scheduled over two days. Part one is the first day of this training. In this part the following topics are covered:

The packs are designed to be self explanatory. However it is recommend that a qualified lean expert delivers this training in order to explain the concepts held within and answer and questions that might arise.
