In our ever-changing world, where change is practically done at the speed of sound, there are certain traditional approaches that we need to stop doing and some new approaches that we need to start doing. Here's are five traditional Change Management approaches to stop doing, five current approaches to start doing and those to keep on doing because they work, each with a rationale grounded in today's hyper-paced, multifarious, and often ambiguous change environments.
