The information is limited to 10 specific components of Change Management so they may not necessarily cover all aspects of each component. These and associated information contained in each slide deck have been sourced from ChatGPT but I have checked through the content as necessary, edited anything that I think didn't make sense, that I didn't agree with or could have been made to read simpler. They are not intended to be the definitive guide to Change Management and should be used merely as a reference guide should you require any clarification or inspiration for your Change Management activity. This will be an ongoing series until I have covered all Change Management components so will be added to regularly in the future.

He is also an online Consultant, Blogger, Speaker, Coach & Mentor, and Trusted Advisor on all matters related to "change and transformation"
In June 2012 the author was presented with a "Change Leader of Tomorrow" Award by the World HRD Congress in recognition of my "remarkable progress in initiating changes enough for others in the same industry to follow my example".
