BAC – Baseline project cost
AC – Total costs incurred in completing work during a given period
EV – Physical work completed during a given period
PV – Physical work scheduled for completion during a given period
CV – Cost overrun during a given period
CPI – Cost efficiency ratio
SV – Schedule slipped during a given period
SPI – Schedule efficiency ratio
ETC – Expected additional cost needed
EAC – Expected total cost
VAC – Estimated cost overrun at end of project
