In 2010, she captured what she had learned in a leading edge publication (Organizational Excellence Framework) and accompanying toolkit. As a result of this work, she has been speaking at international conferences, publishing in international journals, training professionals in 20 countries, serving on global committees and conducting the "first global assessment on the current state of organizational excellence."
