BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT PPT DESCRIPTION
I believe that a lot of Projects are not supported by a Business Case pre "kick off". Indeed, a while ago the Project Management Institute stated ‘'many organisations don't measure (and therefore don't manage) benefits, which means only a small number of organisations are achieving their targeted benefits".
The Business Case is what brings direction, purpose, and accountability to the journey. The Business Case isn't just paperwork. It's the guiding "north star" of any Project. If a Project doesn't have one, you have to ask: why are we doing it at all? Basically, a project without a Business Case is like setting sail without a destination. You'll use up your resources, drift aimlessly, and may not even realise it when you've arrived, or even or if you've failed.
The author has been in the "business of change and transformation" since 1974 and has worked across the length and breadth of the UK, across many European countries, and Internationally in a multitude of industry sectors and has "change managed" innumerable technology solutions. He is now a full-time Change Management Trainer delivering his unique Driving Change Management Course globally and creating an ever-growing Highway of Change Agent network using his Practical Framework Approach to Change.
