Healthcare Staffing Hours, Facility Invoicing & Clinician Payroll Control Tower brings approved shift hours, facility billing, clinician payroll, compensation accruals and receipts into one Excel review workflow. It is designed for finance preparers, reviewers and approvers who need to trace differences back to source records and retain a controlled reconciliation copy.

Six input tables connect facility timesheets, clinician logs, effective-dated rate cards, posted invoices, payroll records and receipts. Consistent shift identifiers connect hours, invoices and payroll; receipt records link to invoice identifiers. The control views compare approved hours, expected billing, posted invoices, gross pay, supplied deductions, net pay and compensation accruals, while showing collected cash, open balances and overdue amounts.

The dashboard includes facility billing and clinician payroll comparisons. Separate reconciliation and display checks distinguish business tolerances from the accuracy of displayed signed differences. Monetary text totals retain the declared decimal result; numeric companion values serve Excel calculations. Ordinary numeric formatting can show fewer significant digits at large magnitudes. A native capacity failure produces an unavailable result requiring investigation and correction.

The delivery includes an Excel workbook, implementation guide, quick-start guide, interactive cutover sign-off template and sample CSV. The guides explain setup, source approvals, exception ownership, review and sign-off. The sign-off form records management decisions; workbook status does not replace authorized approval. Save a working copy, confirm the period and employer policies, load approved inputs, recalculate, investigate differences and record the review outcome.

All 1,200 sample shift records are fictional and contain no patient data. This edition has fixed ranges for 1,200 shifts, invoices, payroll records and receipts, 60 rate records and 12 facilities. It uses USD, hours and USD per hour. Sample overtime is calculated per shift; weekly aggregation and payroll tax calculations are excluded. Deductions are supplied inputs, and compensation assumptions require employer approval. No statutory, clinical or tax compliance is certified.

Use current Microsoft 365 desktop Excel with dynamic arrays and required LAMBDA functions. This edition was validated in 64-bit Windows Excel; older Excel and alternative spreadsheet applications are unvalidated. Default dashboard printing covers six facilities, and some policy and operating columns fall outside existing print areas. Review those sections on screen or select supplemental print ranges. Licence scope follows the selected provider terms. Implementation services, customisation and additional support are not included.
