BENEFITS OF DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION
The Project Scope of Works is an essential element of any project and may be referred to by other names such as Scope Statement, PID, or Scope Document. Project managers use the Scope as a written confirmation of the results your project will produce and the boundaries, constraints and assumptions under which you will work. Both the people who requested the project and the project team should agree to all terms in the Scope of Work before actual project work begins.
