Purpose & Background of Dissertation:

Next examples from various industries are discussed in order to understand their HR strategies. Next section is the research methodology where the research design, data collection and data analysis methods are used. The next section is the analysis & discussion where the key findings have been summarized.

Research Methodology:
This dissertation uses Qualitative Research Methodology and relies on the secondary data from various resources. Literature Review is the key aspect of the methodology.
