Prepare recurring executive reviews with an editable PowerPoint library that connects performance, strategy, delivery and decisions. The Executive Business Review & Strategy Toolkit is designed for managers, analysts, project leaders, consultants and business owners who prepare weekly updates, monthly or quarterly reviews, steering committees and board materials.
The main library contains 134 widescreen slides across nine sections: executive narratives; strategy and execution; performance and finance; portfolio and project delivery; decisions and risk; operating model and process; people and change; customer and growth; and reusable components. It includes executive summaries, decision agendas, scorecards, strategy pages, OKRs, financial snapshots, initiative plans, roadmaps, risk registers, action trackers and comparison layouts. Select the pages relevant to your meeting and replace the placeholders with approved information.
All slide content uses editable PowerPoint text, shapes, lines and tables. Charts made from shapes are manually editable; they do not recalculate when numbers change. The package includes both PPTX and POTX files. It uses Aptos and Aptos Display, which are standard in Microsoft 365. Older versions may substitute fonts and should be reviewed after opening.
A separate 24-slide worked example follows the fictional Asteron Systems Q3 business review. It shows how revenue, margin, retention, project status, capacity, cash scenarios and option scores can support a specific decision. Its figures reconcile to the supplied workbook and supporting case tables. All organizations, people, dates, ratings and values are illustrative. They are not industry benchmarks or audited company facts.
The seven-sheet Excel KPI companion contains assumptions, a simplified monthly management P&L, operating KPIs, an eight-initiative portfolio, risks and actions and PowerPoint export tables. Formulas are visible. Supporting tables show cash scenarios, margin drivers, pipeline weighting, cohort conversion, capacity and option scoring. Closing cash is an input; this is not an integrated accounting, valuation or cash-flow model. The workbook has no macros, passwords, hidden worksheets, external links or data connections.
The field guide explains how to select a storyline, define metrics, write evidence-based headlines, reconcile figures and record decisions with owners and dates. Color PDFs, low-ink monochrome slide PDFs, a workbook print PDF and resizable HTML reading copies are included. Dense slide layouts are intended for desktop review and full-page printing. Enlarge text for projection. Accessibility features and testing limitations are documented; formal accessibility certification is not included.
Start by choosing the meeting purpose and copying the closest layouts. Replace every placeholder and fictional value, then check units, dates, definitions, calculations and permissions. Write the headline after the analysis. Close with the decision, accountable owner, limits and review date. This toolkit supplies reusable communication structures, not company-specific data, professional advice, live integrations or a guaranteed business result. A business-use license and compatibility notes are included; the terms accepted at marketplace checkout govern your purchase.
